Anxiety sufferers often find it difficult to be social or get into society, although they are willing to do so and have a good time.

3. Mental exhaustion.

No matter how positive a situation might be, those dealing with anxiety often tend to envision all the ways that it could turn negative. As a matter of fact, oftentimes the focus becomes so vivid that physical illness develops.

11. Extreme sleep problems.

Given that those who deal with anxiety are constantly mentally overwhelmed and constantly thinking about so many different things, it`s no wonder that they oftentimes cannot sleep at all at night.
