Most people over the age of 50 tend to regret the things they haven’t done in younger years.  In most cases, most of those things are quite simple. Here are 20 things to do in your 30s in order to make your life better at 50.

1. Don’t smoke. If you do, stop immediately

3. Maintain (or repair) relationships with parents and siblings

7. Learn to be content with life

Leaning to be content with your life and with what you have is the key to happiness. Being content with what you have probably won`t make you a millionaire, but you will be much happier. “And if you do become a wealthy person – is no reason why not, you’ll be happier, more fulfilled and more productive wealthy person.”

8. Don’t delay your plans

Don’t delay your plans and make the first step towards fulfilling them, whether it is writing a book, having kids, buying a house, changing your career, or starting a business. 9. Get some sleep
